Returns & Refunds
Refund/Returns Policies· No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorisation number.· If the product is damaged or defective, we will either replace it or provide a refund.· If you are unhappy with any of our products, please email us to let us know. We will provide return information and process a refund once we receive the item back. If it is a problem with the product, we will pay to have it returned. If you just changed your mind, the item will need to be returned at your expense and we will provide a refund for the product.· Candles that have been lit or melted are not eligible for a refund.· Candle Warmers, Etc. will not honour claims, returns, or exchanges when our products are purchased through Ebay® or secondary parties.
Warranties:
Our products are all covered by a 12 month warranty. This warrants your new products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this period, such defect will be repaired or the product will be replaced at our discretion without charge. This warranty does not cover warming bulbs or flickering bulbs, exterior or interior finish, or damage caused by misuse, accident, or negligence.
Candle Warmers Etc. Warming Bulbs (NP4, NP5, NP7) are all covered by a 90 day warranty. During this period, such defect will be repaired or the product will be replaced at our discretion without charge. This warranty does not cover exterior or interior finish or damage caused by misuse, accident, or negligence.
If you need to return a product, prior to returning please send an e-mail with the details of your purchase to: candlewarmersau@gmail.com
You will then be issued with a returns authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
